NICANIES
A red and white cotton matting cloth for the South American trade. Stiff finished, and shipped in 12 yard ends. Made in 30-in. and 42-in. widths, 104 ends and 36 picks per inch, 30's warp, 40's weft, two ends working together. Warp stripes in red and white, white weft. For the Indian markets the cloth is made in blue and white and called Necanee.
